We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00am thru 6:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday sessions may be available upon request and dependent upon therapist availability.

Question 3

Who will be working with my child?

Accepted Answer

At Pivot ABA every client and family is paired with a team of staff comprised of a supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA and 1-2 registered behavior technicians (RBTs).

The RBTs provide direct 1:1 support to your child in the home, school, or community setting under the supervision of your child's BCBA.

BCBA's may provide direct services to your child or supervision to the RBT working with your child, based on your child's specific treatment plan needs.

Do you accept clients that have challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, self-injurious behavior, property destruction)?

Accepted Answer

After a comprehensive parent intake and interview, as well as one or more direct observations of your child, we will discuss whether our services will be the most appropriate course of treatment for your family. If it is determined that we can not adequately keep your child safe, we will assist you with finding a service provider that is equipped to provide a higher level of service.
